However, “premium” domains (highly sought-after names that can cost hundreds or thousands of euros) are not included. If your first choice is taken or is a premium domain, we will work with you to find a great, affordable alternative that fits your brand perfectly.

No. We know “let’s schedule a call” is a classic agency buzzword, but our goal is to streamline the process and save you time. Everything we need to build your site—from gathering basic info to approving your free draft—can be handled efficiently via email. However, if you would prefer to jump on a quick call to chat through your project, you absolutely can. It is just never required.

After your first free year, you are completely in control of what happens next. You have two choices:

1. Continue hosting with us: For a flat €20 per month we will continue to fully manage, secure, and host your website. (Note: Standard bandwidth limits apply for sites exceeding 1,000 daily visitors).

2. Migrate to your own host: We can transfer your website to another hosting provider of your choosing. Please keep in mind that this involves a complete technical handover. Once migrated, you will be solely responsible for the website’s server maintenance, security, and updates, which requires technical web development knowledge.

Yes. Most projects are completed within 14 days once the project brief is submitted and feedback is provided on time.

Every website includes a Home page as standard.

Your second & third pages are flexible and chosen based on what will help your business most.

For most clients, we recommend an FAQ page like this one. Well-written FAQs are proven to build trust, answer objections, and help visitors feel confident before getting in touch.

If an FAQ page isn’t right for your business, the third page can also be a Services page, Contact page, Portfolio, or any other single page that makes sense for your goals.

Absolutely. All websites are built mobile-first, since most visitors come from phones. The website will also be responsive for tablet, desktop, and more.

The site is built SEO-ready with a clean structure, fast load times, and proper headings. This gives your business the best possible foundation to rank on Google. However, ongoing monthly SEO campaigns are not included in the package.

We do not recommend making changes to the live website without consulting us or another developer first.

We host the website so we can guarantee performance, security, updates, and support. This allows us to provide proper after-launch support.

We handle all technical updates, security patches, and hosting maintenance so the site continues running smoothly. We also include minor text and image swaps upon request. 

Yes. If you decide not to proceed after reviewing the draft, you’re not obligated to continue.

No. Pricing is clear and upfront. Any additional work outside the agreed scope is discussed before anything happens.
